Hi, currently evaluating this very polished looking backup tool, but when trying to set up a backup to a network folder I get an error on run "destination access denied". I can browse to the network and select the folder without an issue, and I can write to the folder from windows, but when I run the backup I get this message...
I am on a domain, and run the software as a service with elevated permissions - what am I missing?

You need to make sure that the user account under which _the service_ is running has required rights for the share access. There are basically two separate processes in service mode - the UI and the engine. When you are browsing the share, it happens in the UI context.
As an option, you can also configure share access credentials in the program itself -
