From source to destination - and opposite.

Hello,
I can't find a essential option to do continuously and mirroring backup from the opposite also.

I Mean, if I have a file changed in folder A (Source), It's constantly sync it to folder B (Destination). But, If the same file (Or another) changed in folder B, I want bvckup 2 to sync it back to folder A.

If you ask what is the propose - soon I will get a new external drive I ordered, and every time I will connect it to my PC it will be up-to-date with the files I changed in my PC. then I'll connect it to my laptop and  I would like to use files there (still on the external drive).
And finally, when I will connect again my external drive to my PC - the newest files will actually be on the external drive - THE DESTINATION FOLDER (folder B)
What will happen? I Think nothing, in the worst case - folder A will overwrite the new files, just because they are not the source files.

Sorry for the scroll, I'd be happy to get help.

You need a file _sync_ program for that, not a file _backup_ one.
