High CPU usage of GUI

I'm running Bvckup2 80.4 as a service on Windows Server 2016. When I start the GUI under different user I see it consumes 1 core completely and makes the computer really slow. I use different user because it doesn't have full admin rights and is for example used for managing Hyper-V servers or doing some copy operations on file system (the account is Hyper-V admin).

If I do "run as administrator" from non-admin account on the GUI, the CPU usage is OK (close to 0%).

Any ideas what I can check please?

Best regards

Ondrej, thanks for the report.

This is not a known issue. It's not something that I can reproduce, nor can I readily think of what might be causing this.

If you are OK with it, please send a copy of your %LocalAppData%\Bvckup2\bvckup2.log to and I'll have a look if there's anything immediately obvious. This is the log kept by the UI process.

If there are no clues in the log, the next step will be to give you a custom build with a bit of extra logging and then go from there.
