2 Back-ups 1 Device, 1 Works 1 can't find device

I have two back-ups to different folders going to one external drive.

Back-up A is constant and cannot find the device, even when I check the location which is found and accessible.

I have tried starting manually, restarting the app and even creating a new folder for the back-up - still device not found.

Back-up B is manual, uses the same device, different folder, and it runs with no issues.

Backup A was fine, but since the last product update it doesn't work.

What's the exact message?

If it says that it cannot find the _original_ device, then it's due to Device Tracking settings - See if it's used and either disable it or reset the device ID (by clicking on the circle-y arrow in the Tracking settings window).
