Beta Release 63

Alex Pankratov :

Issues fixed

1. Resolved an issue with back to back removable device events brings Bvckup down. If you were to plug and unplug a removable device quickly (within 5 seconds), the app would panic and shutdown.

Ironically, this was due to a bug in a *self-consistency check*. Imagine that.

2. Improved handling of intermittent network errors
This is as per https://bvckup2.com/support/forum/topic/162

Other changes

1. Ctrl-Stop now cancels and disables all selected backups

2. Holding Ctrl now adds "!" to the Stop button on hover

3. Added a humanized form for ERROR_NOT_READY errors

Check for new versions is enabled, but I haven't seen a notice in several versions. (XP Pro) Since somewhere in the late 50s, I think.

I thought maybe I was getting to it manually (via email notices) before it had a chance to notify. Is there some delay time, or dos it roll out notices in batches?

I thought I saw something about a fix for this in b62, so I decided to wait and see, but it hasn't notified me of b63 yet.

.
If you have it set to check, it does so every 24 hours
(and I'll increase this once we are out of beta).

If you have it set to *remind* to check, then it's every week
(and this is what wasn't working in earlier version).

It is set to check, so not sure if 24 hours has gone by the since b63 release, or what time of day my computer has set as its 24 hour check (whichever is the case). It does seem like earlier versions waited more than a couple days and still no notice (ie b61). So I'll wait out the day and see what happens.

Apparently, my time of day (currently) is 0951. :)

It's working, sorry for the false alarm, and thanks!

Well, at least something's working :)

B63 incorrectly reporting exFAT max file size as 4GB instead of 16 EiB

FYI: When updating to the new version (this applied to 61 and 62, not sure about 62 but I would assume so) the words in the update dialog box flicker multiple times.  Nothing breaks, but it is annoying.  I realize this is a very small thing, but figured I'd report it anyway.

The second 62 should have been 63.

@dweller-fahy - Thanks, fixed, again. This time, with the lifetime warranty.
